Mentacph - Return & Refund Policy

At Mentacph, we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not, we offer the following return policy:

1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. Please contact us within this period to request a return authorization and further instructions.

2. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging. This means:

• The item must be unworn and unwashed

• There must be no signs of use, such as stains, tears, or odors (e.g., perfume or smoke)

• All original tags and packaging must be intact and returned with

Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted, and no refund will be granted.

3. Sale and Discounted Items

Please note that items purchased during sales or at a discounted price are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

4. Sizing Consideration

To minimize unnecessary returns and ensure the best fit, we strongly encourage all customers to take a good look at our size chart that are always placed on the last image on every product page before placing an order. Choosing the right size helps reduce waste and contributes to a more sustainable and easy shopping experience.

When refunding the buyer will be charged with a fee of 45,- DKK to pay for shipping.

5. Special rules for one of one items

It is not possible to return or recieve a refund on our pieces that have been created one of one. All sales on one of one pieces are therefore final. All measurements will (as on other drops) be available.
