Shipping Policy for MENTACPH

At Mentacph, we aim to process and ship your orders as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read the details below regarding our shipping procedures and responsibilities.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched safely within 48 hours on business days, unless otherwise communicated via our official channels (e.g. Instagram or email). Delays may occur due to high volume, holidays etc.

2. Shipping Carrier & Tracking

We ship all orders using DAO. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can follow your package in real time.

3. Delivery Method

Orders are generally delivered directly to your doorstep. If home delivery is not possible, the package will be delivered to the nearest parcel shop based on the delivery address you provided during checkout.

4. Liability for Shipping Issues

MENTACPH is not responsible for lost packages or delivery errors caused by the shipping carrier. Once your package has been handed over to DAO, it is under their responsibility.
In case of delivery issues, we kindly ask that you contact DAO directly using your tracking information.
